Online registration for afterschool programs at Bowles, DeBerry, and Dryden Elementary Schools starts on Monday, October 5^th, at 10:00 AM.

Important: Your child must attend one of these schools during the day to join the afterschool program.

What You Should Do Before Registration Opens:

1. Create or Check Your Parent Account
   • If you don’t have a parent account, create one.
   • If you do, login now to make sure you remember your email and password.
   • If necessary, reset your password
   • You may need to update your household income if you haven’t registered since last year.
   • If you signed up for summer programs this year, you won’t need to update income info.
2. Add Your Children to Your Account
   • Make sure each child is listed under your account.
3. Enter Each Child’s Lunch Number
   • You must enter their Springfield Public Schools lunch number to register.
4. Check School and Grade Info
   • Make sure your child’s current school and grade are correct.
5. Add Pickup People (If Needed)
   • If someone other than you or the emergency contact will pick up your child, add them as a “pickup agent.”
   • Pick-up agents must be at least 18 years old and present a valid photo ID.
   • You can add more pickup people later if needed.
6. Read Program Info
   • After logging in, click the Info tab (top of the page or in the phone menu) to learn more.
   • You can also visit the afterschool or online registration pages on our website.

Online Registration Information

1. Afterschool registration is done online.
   All registration for our afterschool programs must be completed through our online system.
2. Login or create an account now to:
   • Add (or update) your children
   • Add (or update) pickup agents
3. Afterschool program registration begins October 5^th at 10:00 AM.
   • Registration opens for all sites at this time.
   • Your child must attend the school they are registering for.
   • Only students in grades 1 through 5 are eligible.
   • We do not accept Pre-K or Kindergarten students.
   • Program sites: Bowles, DeBerry, and Dryden Elementary Schools.
   • Transportation is not provided.
4. Confirmation email
   After you register successfully, you will receive a confirmation email with your child’s assigned site.
5. Waitlist details
   1. Each site has up to 10 waitlist spots during registration.
   2. If a spot becomes available, we will contact families on the waitlist before the program starts.
