FY 2026 Overvalue Applications

The last day to file a Fiscal Year 2026 Overvalue Applications for both real and personal property is by 4:00 P.M. on Monday February 2, 2026. If your application is not filed by 4:00 P.M. on February 2, 2026, you lose all rights to an abatement and, pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, the Assessors cannot grant you one. An application is considered timely filed when received in the Assessors' Office or mailed by US Mail, first class postage pre-paid to the proper address of the Assessors on or before February 2, 2026 as shown by the postmark made by the United States Postal Service
