1. Summer registration will take place online this year.
2. On May 1, 2025, by 12:00 PM the link will be available ONLY to create an account, add a child/ren, and pick up agents. You will also need to update your income information as the income guidelines change every year.
3. Summer program registration/selection will ONLY be on the following time and dates.
   • Registration opens at 10:00 AM each day for that day's new site
   • Monday, May 12, 2025 - Kiley Summer Program
   • Tuesday, May 13, 2025 - Camp STAR Summer Program
   • Wednesday, May 14, 2025 - ECOS (Forest Park) Summer Program
   • Thursday, May 15, 2025 - Van Sickle Summer Program
4. Site Confirmation
   • Once you have successfully registered, you will receive an email confirmation with the site for your child/ren.
5. Waitlist Information
   • Each site has 10 waitlist spots during registration.
   • If a spot becomes available at any point, we will be in contact with any waitlisted participant before the start of the program.
6. Age Requirements
   • Children must turn 6 by July 1, 2025, and cannot turn 14 until on or after July 1, 2025, to be eligible to participate.
   • If a participant's age is questioned, we reserve the right to require a copy of the birth certificate, to confirm the participant's age within 48 hours, in order to attend the summer program.
7. Proof of Residency – MUST be a Springfield resident
   • If a participant's residency is questioned, we reserve the right to require a copy of the participant's home address, within 48 hours, in order to confirm they are a Springfield resident.
8. Camp Star Reminders
   • Each camper must have a copy of their physicals and immunizations submitted by Friday, June 13 by 1:00 PM, to Lena Cisero at LCisero@springfieldcityhall.com or the Recreation Office.
