The City of Springfield’s Economic Development Office offers a host of incentives and assistance to small businesses and commercial developers. These services are provided both directly and in partnership with local and regional partners. The Small Business Programs are available to assist well established small businesses in the City of Springfield, to grow and prosper. 

In order to be eligible for this program, applicants need to have been in business for a minimum period of two years.  The program offers eligible applicants a combination of grants, loans, and technical assistance with the goal of providing business owners with the tools to grow their business and prosper in the City of Springfield.
