The deadline for proposal submission is no later than 12:00 pm, Friday, May 28, 2021. Submit proposals to lsibilia@springfieldcityhall.com. If you are unable to submit electronically please contact Lori Santaniello at 413-750-2241 prior to May 28, 2021. The Deadline is firm. Proposals will not be accepted after the deadline.
Written comments will be accepted regarding the RFP by 4:00 pm, Thursday, May 13, 2021; cbuono@springfieldcityhall.com
