I would like to congratulate John Deforest upon being awarded "Massachusetts TERT West Team Telecommunicator of the Year 2025"
John has been a member of TERT for just shy of a year, and in that relatively short period of time has taken multiple deployments, mock-deployments and trainings. John is always the first to offer to take an assignment despite an already very full work schedule; he has travelled to Cambridge on a multi-day deployment and also Randolph, never shying away from the distance to help his fellow 911 telecommunicators.
John, SEC are very proud to have you represent us on the State level. Congratulations on this well-deserved award!
