Mayor Sarno states, “It was great to see all of the trees decorated and on display at our MassMutual Center in support of our Springfield Boys and Girls Club and families enjoying the special event today. From my days as Executive Director of the South End Community Center, youth development is very near and dear to my heart. Shout out to the Casey twins and thanks for introducing yourselves! I am deeply grateful to the Boys and Girls Club, the MassMutual Center, and all who work hard to make this great event happen each year for over 2 decades. On behalf of the City of Springfield, I would like to invite everyone to come down to our MassMutual Center and enjoy the festivities and support our Springfield Boys and Girls Club at their Annual Festival of Trees. It’s a great way to kick off the holidays and will truly warm your hearts!”
P.S. – Great to see the progress coming along inside historic Court Square on my way over, it is going to be beautiful and is near completion.
