Mayor Domenic J. Sarno celebrated National Dog Day with Veterans Director Joe DeCaro and his dog Reaper, a beautiful Mastiff.
Mayor Sarno states, "Happy National Dog Day. Our Veterans Director Joe DeCaro has a beauitful dog named Reaper, a Mastiff, who I ran into yesterday at City Hall. Now I understand what everyone was talking about when it comes to the love of a dog. My family and I added a four-legged member last year, a Mini Poodle named Pumpkin, who loves all of us unconditionally."
