Mayor Domenic J. Sarno met with Department of Capital Asset Construction Project Manager William Cahillane on Tuesday to wish him well as he takes the next step in his career. Will is a proud Springfield native who has served in the city’s Department of Capital Asset Construction as a project manager. He moving to take a new role with the Dennis Group, one of the largest food and beverage design-build firms in the United States located right here in downtown Springfield.
