BTO Presents the Short Film "A Trouble with Change"

The Springfield Youth Mental Health Coalition is convened by the Public Health Institute of Western Massachusetts.  The Coalition consists of behavioral health and youth-serving organization serving youth and families across Greater Springfield.  We are led by our outstanding Youth Advisors, known as Beat the Odds (BTO), Forget the Statistics - a name they branded themselves!

Did you know? Problem gambling impacts 4-5% of youth ages 12-17 compared to just 1% of adults. That means more than 40,000 adolescents in Massachusetts struggle with problem gambling.

Join us on May 18th at our community event that will bring awareness about youth gambling and mental health! We will premiere a short film that highlights the effects of problem gambling in youth lives, and will have an interactive data walk, food, a DJ, games and giveaways! The event is catered to youth in grades 6-12 and the community. Best of all it is FREE for EVERYONE!

Don't miss out, register today!
