Eversource and Springfield DPW Announces Traffic Alert for the “X” Intersection Area will Continue through the Weekend

The City of Springfield Department of Public Works (DPW) announced today that Eversource has notified the City that the damage to the electrical system is more extensive than initially thought. Repair activities will continue through the weekend. Current traffic patterns will remain in place through the weekend.
