Mayor Domenic J. Sarno, Fire Commissioner BJ Calvi, Deputy Fire Chief David Wells, 911 Deputy Director Rebecca Ocasoi, and William Santiago, Dispatch Training and IT Coordinator, attended a special 911 dispatcher graduation ceremony for the Springfield Emergency Communications Office at the Raymond A. Jordan Senior Center on Tuesday, January 23rd. Seven new dispatchers completed their rigorous training requirements and graduated.
