Mayor Sarno states, “Always a pleasure to sit down and meet with Paul Bailey. Paul, always the gentleman, has been great to work with, and his organization, Springfield Partners for Community Action, does such a wonderful job in our community offering various programs from tax assistance, home weatherization services, veteran services, and youth and family services through their early learning center. I am looking forward to joining with Paul and his dedicated team next week as we kickoff their VITA program to help our residents file their taxes.”

Mayor Domenic J. Sarno and Communications Director Bill Baker met with Paul Bailey, Executive Director of Springfield Partners for Community Action, today to discuss the various programs offered by the nonprofit, including their Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program which Congressman Neal and Mayor Sarno will help to kickoff this upcoming Monday, January 20th at their facility on State Street.
