Mayor Domenic J. Sarno thanks our Springfield Police Department and all of our public safety officials on National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day.

Mayor Sarno states, “I want to extend my deepest gratitude and thanks to all of our brave and dedicated men and women of our Springfield Police Department, and all of our public safety officials. To all of our officers, thank you for your courage and selflessness. Your efforts of protecting and serving our community do not go unnoticed. Law enforcement is an honorable profession, one that embodies the spirit of public service. Thank you to all of the officers who have served, continue to serve, and especially to your families.
