Springfield DPW Announces Traffic Alert for West Street Bridge into Ludlow

The City of Springfield Department of Public Works (DPW) announced today that the West Street Bridge into Ludlow will be closed for repairs in the coming weeks. While work is being performed, the bridge will be fully closed to traffic in both directions. It is anticipated that construction will take 8-10 weeks. Detours with appropriate signage will be posted in both Springfield and Ludlow.
