The City is developing a neighborhood investment plan for the Metro Center neighborhood and will be holding a lunch and community conversation to get feedback from downtown residents on Saturday, November 18th from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm at Skyview Downtown Community Room, 10 Chestnut Street, Springfield, MA.
