Mayor Sarno and HHS Commissioner Caulton-Harris meet with Lois Nesci, CEO for Gandara Center

Mayor Sarno states, “Gandara provides a variety of much-needed programs, including mental health and behavioral services for our community, especially for our Hispanic community.  I want to thank Lois Nesci for taking the time to provide Commissioner Helen Caulton-Harris and I with an update on these programs and their plans to enhance their services and outreach efforts.  Mental health is such an important issue and making resources available for those in need is paramount.”
