Mayor Sarno states, “I want to thank Outer Belt Civic Association President Walter Gould, Vice Chair Mary Dionne and Ellis Gray for taking the time to meet with DPW Director Chris Cignoli and myself as we discussed all of the major infrastructure projects that are happening throughout our city.  From reviewing traffic flow patterns, to paving roads, installing new sidewalks, planting shade trees along the tree belt area, and having the regional utility company’s upgrade and maintain their infrastructure, my administration is committed to advancing these vital and essential projects to completion as they not only improve the quality of our roads and sidewalks but also increase the quality of life for our residents and neighborhood businesses too.”
