Mayor Sarno, Fire Commissioner Calvi and Police Deputy Chief Daniels Join with American Medical Response for 10th Earn While You Learn Graduation Event

Mayor Domenic J. Sarno, Fire Commissioner BJ Calvi, and Police Deputy Chief Rubert Daniels joined with officials from American Medical Response (AMR) of Springfield to offer greetings and congratulations to AMR’s 10th graduating class of EMT’s from their Earn While You Learn program.

Mayor Sarno states, “Congratulations to the members of the graduating class of AMR’s Earn While You Learn Program. This is the 10th Class of Earn While You Learn and the training and skills they have learned will put them on a good career path in this honorable profession. I am very proud of the graduates and want to thank them and their families for serving our community. I am also appreciative of AMR’s continued belief and investment in our Springfield and their partnership working together with my administration to not only defeat this COVID-19 pandemic but continuing their daily duties of responding to any and all health-related calls for service. Congratulations to those that graduated on a job well done!”
