This is the 1st class of paramedics that will graduating and continuing their careers in this honorable profession. I am very proud of the graduates and want to thank them and their families for serving our community. I am also appreciative of AMR’s continued belief and investment in our Springfield and their partnership working together with my administration to not only defeat this COVID-19 pandemic but continuing their daily duties of responding to any and all health-related calls for service.”
Mayor Sarno and Officials join with AMR for Earn While You Learn Graduation
Mayor Domenic J. Sarno, State Senator Jacob Oliveira, and State Representative Carlos Gonzalez joined with officials from American Medical Response (AMR) of Springfield for their 1st Earn While You Learn Paramedic Class Graduation event on Friday, May 26th. In addition to the graduates, AMR presented citations to first responders for their brave and dedicated efforts in saving lives at various calls for services, including acts of resuscitation and delivering babies.
