Mayor Sarno and Officials attend Special Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Restoration City Church

Mayor Sarno states, “Congratulations to my good friend Pastor Eli Serrano as our community celebrates the grand opening of his Restoration City Church on Boston Road with a special ribbon cutting ceremony. This has been Pastor Serrano’s dream for years now as his services have now outgrown his Restoration Worship Center in our North End neighborhood. I am glad that my administration has been able to play a financial role in support of this major expansion of community programming needs. This beautiful new facility will accommodate and be able to welcome larger gatherings of his very diverse worshippers from our community and also create even more community outreach programs.
