Mayor Domenic J. Sarno, Fire Commissioner BJ Calvi and the Springfield Fire Department command staff held a special badge pinning ceremony at City Hall for new firefighter recruits and promotions of two new captains and twelve new lieutenants with the Springfield Fire Department.
