Pham joined the SRA in 2010 and was named its first female Executive Director in 2021. During her tenure at the SRA, she worked on and oversaw numerous projects, including the vital redevelopment of key properties on Main Street and the restoration of Springfield’s historic Union Station, which was built in 1929 and serves as a major transportation hub for the city of Springfield.
