Mayor Sarno states, “I have very fond memories visiting the Springfield Museums Planetarium when I was a 3rd/4th grader at our White Street School during field trips – it was a big deal. I fondly remember taking my daughters there when they were kids too. I want to commend Kay Simpson and her dedicated team at our beloved Springfield Museums for their efforts in renovating this wonderful and family-friendly facility so that it can continue to make loving and cherished memories for families and future generations.”
