Mayor Sarno welcomes visit from Elms College Students

Mayor Sarno states, “It was a pleasure to sit down and meet with Sheileen Diaz and Kendris Deleon-Ceballos and discuss with them what it means to serve as the longest serving mayor in the city’s history.  Ms. Diaz and Ms. Deleon-Ceballos are two very intelligent and professional students from Elms College and they did an excellent job interviewing me for their class assignment.  They were very professional and asked some very good questions.  We had a great discussion about the history of Springfield and some of the recent projects and initiatives going on in our city – it was the best meeting of my day!”
