Mayor Domenic J. Sarno and Chief of Staff Tom Ashe joined with City Solicitor Judge John Payne, Deputy City Solicitor Lisa DeSousa, former City Solicitor Ed Pikula, and members of the Law Department today to thank Attorney William “Bill” Cullinan for his many years of dedicated service and wish him well as he retires from the law department. Bill’s family also joined for the celebration. Attorney Cullinan served in the city’s law department for over 18 years.
Mayor Sarno stated, “In addition to being a professional and respected member of the legal community, Bill Cullinan is truly a kind person and always the gentleman. Thank you, Bill, for your dedicated service to our Springfield over the years. We wish you a very happy and healthy retirement.”
