Mayor Sarno Applauds Eversource Critical Care Customer Service Program for Residents with Special Medical Needs

Eversource, per state laws and regulations, allows medical professionals and authorized agencies to protect eligible utility customers from possible interruption or termination of service based upon their medical situation and/or illness. Eligible customers with a medical situation must have their physician send a letter, on the physician's letterhead, certifying that the medical equipment being used is essential for their customers wellbeing and life support purposes
