The Offices of Housing and Disaster Recovery are seeking contractors with either a Construction Supervisor’s License (CSL) and/or Home Improvement Contractor (HIC) License to bid on home renovation projects under the City’s Healthy Homes, Exterior Repair and Lead Based Paint Hazard Reduction Programs.
Typical projects are 1-4 unit residential properties in Springfield. Projects range from whole home renovations to small-scale safety upgrades.
