Mayor Domenic J. Sarno and State Representative Angelo J. Puppolo, Jr. joined with the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Boston for a special Springfield Taiwan Day and Flag raising ceremony at City Hall on Saturday, October 22nd. The ceremony included traditional arts and crafts, dancing and performances.
