Mayor Sarno stated, “Congratulations to Officer McGuire and the AIC campus on this special occasion. This is a great accomplishment and one that we are all proud of. Our brave and dedicated peace officers, from our own Springfield Police Department to the Sheriffs Department and our local Campus Police, do tremendous work day in and day out to keep our students and community safe. It was also good to see our former Constables, Larrmon Moore, who is now an AIC Campus Protection Officer. Mr. Moore is scheduled to follow Officer McGuire into the WMass Police Academy. Congratulations to all and thank you for keeping our AIC students, faculty and families safe.”
