This summer, the Springfield City Council’s Mental Health Subcommittee, chaired by Ward 8 Councilor Zaida Govan, in collaboration with the Gandara Center, the Mental Health Association, Baystate Health, and the Stop Access Drug Free Communities Coalition is offering community Mental Health Check-in Days in locations throughout the City on the third Wednesday of the month. The first Mental Health Check-in Day will take place on Wednesday, June 29th from 11:00am – 3:00pm at Court Square in downtown Springfield.
All are invited to come down to Court Square to check in on your own mental health and connect to community resources.
