Mayor Sarno Issues D-Day Remembrance Statement

Today, June 6, 2022 marks the 78th Anniversary of D-Day.

Mayor Domenic J. Sarno states, “Seventy-Eight years ago, lest we never forget and always remember the ultimate sacrifices made by our veterans and their families on June 6, 1944. Dread the thought, that without their brave and dedicated efforts, what our world would have been. They changed the face of our world for the better. God Bless them all and Godspeed to all our military personnel.”
