Mayor Sarno joined with the Springfield VA Clinic to Recognize Nurses Week

Mayor Sarno stated, “It is important that we come together to celebrate and recognize our brave and dedicated nurses and the impact they have in our community, especially as we continue to work together to defeat this COVID-19 pandemic.  I want to thank the Springfield VA Clinic on Bond Street for hosting this important event and inviting me to speak and thank our nurses who care so much for the health of our residents, especially our veterans.  God Bless our nurses – ‘Angels are you!”
