Mayor Domenic J. Sarno and Congressman Richard E. Neal attended and brought greetings at Bay Path University’s Presidential Inauguration events on Friday. The inauguration events kicked off with an inauguration ceremony at Springfield Symphony Hall where Mayor Sarno and Congressman Neal both brought greetings and welcome Bay Path’s sixth president, Dr. Sandra J. Doran.
