Mayor Sarno states, “It was great to meet with Springfield native and Sci-Tech graduate Charles Evans and to see the passion and vision he has for his 413 Elite team.  This is a wonderful opportunity to bring quality and entertaining basketball back to the City of Springfield; the birthplace of Basketball and home to the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame.  I am looking forward to welcoming our 413 Elite as they kick off their season.”

413 Elite Owner Charles Evans stated, “We want to electrify Springfield and bring back the spirit of basketball-life from the neighborhood.”
