Mayor Sarno stated, “I want to deeply thank my dear friend Rabbi Noach Kosofsky for visiting and continuing the tradition from his late father-in-law Rabbi David Edelman, and providing me with a blessing and prayer of good health, wisdom and strength. Rabbi Edelman was a long time customer of my late dad, ‘Al the Barber’, and also brought prayers and words of wisdom at a number of my mayoral inaugurations too. God Bless and good health, wisdom and strength of our City of Springfield too.”

Mayor Domenic J. Sarno welcomed a visit from Rabbi Noach Kosofsky Director/Principal of Lubavitcher Yeshiva Academy and in continuing a tradition from Rabbi Kosofsky’s late father-in-law Rabbi Dovid Edelman, provided Mayor Sarno with a prayer and blessing of good health, wisdom, and strength.
