Republican Newspaper Issues Correction in Today's Paper

The Republican Newspaper issued a correction in today's (February 24, 2022) paper where they incorrectly reported that per the Supreme Judicial Courts (SJC) ruling that the City Council would appoint members to the Springfield Board of Police Commissioner. Per the ruling by the SJC, the Mayor for the City of Springfield is the appointing authority.
