Beginning Thursday morning and continuing through the Friday morning rush hour, the weather forecasts are showing that we could receive upwards of an inch of rain with the precipitation changing to sleet / freezing rain / snow, or whatever else nature can throw at us, during the day on Friday. Temperatures will be in the high 30's / low 40's.

With the snow from last weekend, residents should clear snow from areas around your home, check your gutters and downspouts, and check the catch basins in the street to minimize the flooding on your property.

With the snow cover and frozen ground, the rain will have no place to go and areas around foundations which may not be frozen could cause significant damage to your home.
