City of Springfield ARPA Team Holds RFP Community Seminar

On Wednesday, January 12th, the City of Springfield's American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) team held a virtual ARPA RFP Community Seminar Event. This was the second workshop put on by the city ARPA team to provide information about the open enrollment RFP program, and its application process.

Department of Recovery and Business Continuity (“DRBC”) Director Tom Moore and Department of Technical Assistance and Compliance (“DTAC”) Director Patrice “Chae” Swan headed the meetings.

Members of the public were invited free of charge to these events, to get further informed about the process for obtaining ARPA grants through the City's program, and where prospective applicants can work with the Department of Technical Assistance and Compliance to connect with third party technical assistance providers where needed.

The virtual seminar was recorded thanks to Focus Springfield and the video is available on YouTube
