Mayor Domenic J. Sarno and Deputy Director of Economic Development Brian Connors joined with Eileen Perez for the grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony for her new store, Eileen Cak's Supplies & More, located at 12 Hamburg Street (the old Kens Eyewear) in Springfield. State Representative Orlando Ramos also joined to present Ms. Perez with a special citation. This is Eileen’s second store location in addition to her current Eileen Cak's Supplies & More location in Chicopee. Eileen Cak's is a women-owned baking supply store offering a range of baking supplies for cakes, confections, decorations, flavoring, glazing, pastry, sugar work and more.
