Springfield Police Department Joined with Springfield Together, Strong Young Minds and Supporters for Successful 3rd Annual Stuff a Cruiser Event at Walmart

The Springfield Police Department is proud to partner with Springfield Together Inc., and Strong Young Minds for the 3rd Annual Stuff a Cruiser event at Walmart on Boston Road to help share the joy of the holidays with those less fortunate. The event was a huge success thanks to all the supporters and residents.

Mayor Domenic J. Sarno states, “Police Commissioner Cheryl Clapprood and I want to thank and acknowledge the dedicated team at Springfield Together, Strong Young Minds, Walmart, and our residents and business community, and everyone who continues to work hard during these challenging and surreal times of this COVID-19 pandemic to make sure that we are still able to give to those less fortunate, especially during the holidays.”

Nearly 10 police cruisers were filled with toys!

Springfield Together, Strong Young Minds, Elks Lodge #61, Walmart, Dunn & Phillips, the Hampden County Sheriff’s Department and the Springfield Police Department will join with Mayor Sarno for the Springfield Annual Holiday Festival on Sunday, December 19, 2021 at Court Square.
