Here’s How It Works:
The Western Mass Job Trail brings together job seekers and employers! Job seekers are able to start a new career and secure steady work and employers can boost business to better serve their customers while they are fully staffed.
On September 8th and 15th, participating businesses throughout Western Mass will put out signage and orange and blue balloons to identify the Job Trail. Interested applicants can visit any of these businesses, fill out an application, schedule an opportunity to interview and maybe even leave with a job – on the spot! When the positions are filled, the signage and balloons come down.
Job seekers: Go to any of the businesses on the list during their designated times, and make professional connections that can lead to a new career. Although this is not a centralized job fair, we encourage you to map out the trail for each business you are interested in and prepare your application materials and questions about the company and/or positions. Expect to meet company staff and share information about yourself and your interest in the positions.
