As part of the ceremony, a tree will be planted in Mr. Langone’s honor in the Rose Garden at Forest Park.

Mayor Domenic J. Sarno and Executive Director of Parks, Buildings, and Recreation Management (PBRM) Patrick J. Sullivan joined with the family and friends of Frank Langone for a tree planting and dedication ceremony in honor of the late Frank Anthony Langone, Jr. who was a longtime Springfield resident, businessman, and champion for Springfield – especially his South End neighborhood.
