Mayor Domenic J. Sarno joined with Fire Commissioner BJ Calvi, Springfield Emergency Management Director Bob Hassett, Springfield Fire Deputy Chief of Staff Services David A. Wells, along with American Medical Response (“AMR”) Officials including Account Executive for AMR Erica Bishop, AMR Manager of Communications and Operations Patrick Leonardo, AMR Northeast Regional Director Patrick Pickering, as well as other AMR representatives to celebrate and thank our dedicated dispatchers with a huge cake donated by AMR.
