Mayor Domenic J. Sarno joined with Rev. Dr. Terrlyn Curry Avery, Archbishop Timothy Paul, State Representative Bud Williams, Ward 4 City Councilor Malo Brown, and Members and Supporters of the Martin Luther King Jr. Presbyterian Church to announce the Council of Churches Rebuild Fund and to stand in solidarity.
Mayor Sarno stated, “Not only do we need to stand in solidarity as one with our brothers and sisters of Martin Luther King, Jr. Presbyterian Church, we must also help them to rebuild and recover. I am happy to support and donate to this very spiritual and worthy cause of 'community' please if you can donate - no donation is too small or large. Again, "from these ashes a phoenix will rise."
