Mayor Sarno Tours New Wayfinders Facility

Mayor Domenic J. Sarno joined with new Way Finders President and CEO Keith Fairey and former President and CEO Peter Gagliardi, who retired on June 30 after nearly 30 years of service with the organization.  Mayor Sarno toured the newly built and state-of-the-art facility on the corner of Liberty and Main Streets and discussed the positive reception both the City and Way Finders has received from the partnership of $2 million in mortgage, rent and utility assistance and relief in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.  Future discussions will continue on how both the City and Way Finders can continue to work together to provide not only housing assistance from 1^st time home buyers to market rate / workforce development to continued neighborhood enhancements towards rehab revitalization programs.  Also, about increasing technical and monetary accessibility assistance programs for small businesses.
