Mayor Domenic J. Sarno joined with Nadim Kashouh earlier today to present a proclamation in recognition of the twentieth anniversary in business of Nadim’s Mediterranean Restaurant and Grill.
First opened in 2000 at 141 State Street, Nadim’s Café eventually moved to their current downtown location at 1390 Main Street in 2005. Nadim Kashouh, owner of Nadim’s Mediterranean Restaurant and Grill, has been proudly serving delicious Mediterranean flavors in Springfield for two decades.
Mayor Sarno stated, “Congratulations to Nadim’s – a staple of downtown Springfield for the past 20 years. Nadim Kashouh and his team have always hung in there as we have redefined and reinvigorated our downtown area. He’s been one of the biggest cheerleaders of our “downtown Renaissance.” My family and I, my staff, and City Hall love his place, with its great quality and eclectic dishes. I wish him continued success for the next twenty years to come.”
