Mayor Domenic J. Sarno and Police Commissioner Cheryl Clapprood met with members of the National Guard yesterday at Pearl Street. The meet and greet served as an opportunity to go over some initial logistics on how Commissioner Clapprood will utilize and deploy them here in Springfield.
