Mayor Sarno Met with Troops JROTC at Putnam Vocational Technical Academy

Mayor Sarno and Superintendent Daniel Warwick met with the Marine Corp Cadet ROTC, which was established at Putnam 3 years ago.  This year over 150 young men and women have joined the cadet program.  The Cadet Program is under the leadership of Veteran Marine Corp Major Sergeant Matthew Fortune and Lieutenant Colonel David Johnson
