Mayor Sarno visited with Bob Ford and family on Sunday. Mr. Ford is a 1963 graduate of Classical High School and teaches Management at the University of Central Florida. He was visiting Springfield with his family this weekend.
Mr. Ford had commissioned an artist to sketch Springfield landmarks such as Classical High, Old First Church, the Armory, City Hall and Symphony Hall. He made prints which were later sold in the Springfield Museum gift shop. Mr. Ford will presented a set to Mayor Sarno on Sunday.
